  1. Online registration is now closed! You may still register at the door on Friday (Nov. 11th) between 1pm and 8pm.
  2. If you are ONLY registering for a 3v3 tournament, the venue fee is $20 instead of $35. This DOES NOT include a free raffle ticket, however. If you wish to enter any 1v1 tournament and receive a free raffle ticket, you must pay the extra $15.
  3. If you sign up on Friday AND can provide a monitor for Saturday’s tournaments, you will receive a $10 discount on registration. ASUS monitors preferred.

  1. Signups for the MvC3 3v3 will end at 6:30pm on Friday (Nov. 11th) a half hour before the tournament itself begins.
  2. On-site registration for all 1v1 tournaments will begin around 1:00pm on Friday and close at 8:00pm.

As it stands we are still a bit short on equipment and volunteers. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • LCD monitors, preferably ASUS monitors with low latency (2ms or less)
  • X-Box 360 systems with 3rd Strike Online, plus Jill and Shuma Gorath for MvC3
  • Playstation 3 systems with all Mortal Kombat 9 DLC characters
  • Copies of Street Fighter IV: AE OR X-Box 360 systems with AE installed
  • Copies of all other games being played (MvC3, BB:CS, MK9, Tekken 6)

In addition, we are looking to fill spots on our volunteer staff to help with security, registration, and running brackets.

IF POSSIBLE, WE NEED COMMITMENTS FOR ALL THREE DAYS!!!

When: Friday, Nov. 11th (4pm for AE, 7pm for Marvel)
System: X-Box 360
Entry Fee: $10/player ($30/team)
Prizes:

  • 1st – 70% of entry fees
  • 2nd – 20% of entry fees
  • 3rd – 10% of entry fees

Format: 3v3, Single Elimination
Rules: Standard Team Tourney Format (winner stays until all three players from one team have lost)

All team sign-ups and payment will be done on Friday, Nov. 11th, before 3:30pm.

Both 3v3 tournaments will run until the top 4 teams for each are determined. The finals will conclude on Saturday, Nov. 12th, at 9pm.

These shirts were one of the fastest-selling items ever made by the community, and we would love to make them available once more.

So here’s the question: Would you be interested in purchasing a shirt at NWM3?

The shirts would cost $25 each and look almost identical to the one on the right, with two changes: They would be black instead of gray, and the text would be “Northwest Majors 3″ instead of “Team Northwest.”

Again, we are only trying to measure the community’s interest and cannot commit to the shirts being available at this time. Please let us know in the comments, in person, and on Facebook.
